Once you have secured an interview, the next step to obtaining your desired position is to impress the Human Resources Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager during the interview process.

You will be facing numerous questions, all designed to extract from you what you can contribute to the organization.

Some questions will be straight forward. Others will ask you to describe how you would react in a particular situation.

You may even face questions that don’t pertain to the position or your skills, but rather are designed to better understand your long term goals and objectives.

A Career Begins will work one-on-one in role playing activities to help you become comfortable with the interview process.

We will also provide a list of follow up questions to ask the Human Resources Recruiter and/or the Hiring Manager, so that you can determine whether the position is a match with your career objectives, and if the company’s culture and philosophy fit your needs.
